Session 2: Understanding the Anger Cycle
Physiological, cognitive, and behavioral components of anger
Fight-flight-freeze response and its purpose

Internal vs. external triggers
Cognitive distortions (e.g., mind reading, catastrophizing, "should" statements)
Introduce ABC model (Activating event, Beliefs, Consequences)
